This amount will be deducted from the refund; in the case of an exchange request, the customer will need to make a cash or digital payment at the time of the new parcel's delivery.

6. To raise a return or exchange request, we require a proper video of the parcel being opened. The video must clearly show the parcel fully packed and sealed with the shipping label completely attached; otherwise, your request may be cancelled.
