5. If the customer faces issues such as disliking, size issue or any other issue of the product, they will have to bear the cost of ₹200 for an exchange or ₹150 for return shipping. This amount will be deducted from the refund; in the case of an exchange request, the customer will need to make a cash or digital payment at the time of the new parcel's delivery.

6. To raise a return or exchange request, we require a proper video of the parcel being opened. The video must clearly show the parcel fully packed and sealed with the shipping label completely attached; otherwise, your request may be cancelled.

- Open delivery is not available. Each parcel is Seal packed and they are having insurance to Protect it from Fraud. no one can open it before paying the full order amount.
